Ratings & Reviews for Cafe 24-in 2 -Drawer Drawer refrigerator Drawer refrigerator ( Stainless Steel with Brushed Stainless Handles )

Great Look Terrible Quality

Looks great but terrible quality for the price. Steel ones are coming for 500 and this one is 3500 but still quality is terrible. Was giving issues from 1st year and died on us in 3rd year

Dimensions given in Manual are too Small

Crisper Bin is too small, about 5” wide and 5” deep. It has 2 sliding covers (they overlap to open), that fall off their tracks all the time. Everything thing else is nice especially the dividers, that really help to organize the contents. One issue is the dimensions given are actually too small. The fridge bulges out on the sides and the feet are not included in the height. You need a larger opening than the dimensions given in the install. I had made a hole to fit and had to make it almos...

Poor quality for electronics

We like the design but the lights on the display all went out ....Drawer still cools but American made appliances just don't seem to hold up or last like they used too.....its not a setting either ....I know there is a setting to shut down all the display numbers for the Jewish holiday but its not that

Really nice

Love the WiFi capability easy to use and operate. Great features

Great features

Great product. More expensive than I thought but enjoy product

Love the stainless drawers.

Excellent quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a great refrigerator. It's extremely well built and it's quiet. I like that the drawers are lit and they slide in an out very soft and quiet as well. It's just well done overall and I would purchase this again.

Great kitchen addition!

This is an appliance that I never knew I needed and I absolutely love it! It keeps extra drinks cold and provides extra storage for special occasions when more space is needed. It looks great too!

Great until it wasn’t

Perfect basement drink refrigerator until it completely iced over and the control panel stopped working after only a couple years. Expected more for this price point.

Very good replacement for sub zero refrig drawers, Too bad it is 24" wide and not 27", making replacement undercounter a problem of filling in space.

Great Design

Absolutely love the look of this beverage fridge! It is a great design.

Love our new refrigerator!

We ordered this from Lowe’s and it actually came in early. It is a perfect addition to our brand new home. It’s very classy and everyone that has seen it loves it and it’s going to be very useful especially during the holiday holidays. Everybody needs an extra refrigerator and this design is awesome

Best mom helper

It is the best item to have when you have teenagers in the house who are always thirsty and grabbing beverages all the time.

Great features!

Just what we wanted and needed! Love the adjustable dividers and the crispier

Highly Recommend!

We love this drawer refrigerator! We have it located in our bar area. The quality is amazing compared to other drawer refrigerators. Very happy with our purchase

nice drawers for the price with some drawbacks

I needed to replace subzero refrigerator drawers but since I'm moving soon didn't want to spend 6K +. I found these and while they are clearly not as good and do not have dual temperature control, the price was great. The biggest issue is that you have to have the same temperature for both drawers. I keep milk in the top and fruit in the bottom and I like my milk cold, but then it's too cold for fruit. Also because they have removable shelving it decreases the amount of room. While I have remove...

Very convenient small refrigerator

Great little refrigerator. Keeps the temperature you set. Convenient storage rails for things like beverages, and where you want to separate items. Had to make some small adjustments to the cabinet to fit properly, but not difficult to do.

Great except for noises and water buildup

We’ve had the undercounter dual-drawer refrigerator now for four months. The temp stays at a constant 38°F —perfect for keeping beverages cold. But there are a couple of issues: we hear constant popping and cracking noises coming from the unit, and every couple days we have to mop up (with paper towels) water in the upper drawer. Can we get an answer or recommended fix?

Convenient and cooling consistency

We decided to buy this unit in concert with a house remodel. Fits conveniently under cabinets. Easy to regulate and hold temperatures. So far, we are very happy with this unit. Looking forward to many years of service.
