Best dishwasher!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new dishwasher! It's hard to believe more dishwashers don't come in the two drawer style. It's not noisy, the cycles come out clean, it holds so much, not to mention the dishes come out completely dry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Enjoy the versatility of the two bays. Use the lower for pots and the upper floor dishes. Very flexible washer configuration with movable vertical and horizontal grates. Efficient enough to do most of my loads on Express.

Terrible product

This dishwasher is terrible. It doesn’t get them clean! Smells and doesn’t rinse properly. I wash the filters EVERY single time before running it and it still smells!! Also the the collapsible rack is a nightmare… falls apart every two seconds and takes way too much time to put back together. Terrible product. Run the other way… don’t buy this.

Not good

This dishwasher has issues. It doesn't work nearly as well as traditional dishwashers. Why recreate the wheel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really good dishwasher, love it! The two drawers are genuinely helpful. A tip: read the manual for the exact rack positions, it makes a huge difference - once you know where everything goes, it’s set and forget. Plus, super silent.

Indicator light for completion of cycle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only real problem I have is that there is no way without your phone to tell that a cycle is done by looking anywhere on the outside of the unit. No indicator light to know that it’s running or finished anywhere.

Ok dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishwasher cleans and dries well and having two drawers is convenient for smaller loads. The dishwasher does not fit items well and the adjustable racks fall apart with each use, constantly needing to be fixed.

Exactly what I was looking for

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the full suite of CAFE appliances (refrigerator, microwave, range, dishwasher) for my kitchen renovation specifically because of the 2 drawer feature of the dishwasher. I wanted our family to stop leaving dishes on the counter just because the dishwasher was running, and this seemed like a great way to fit 2 separate dishwashers in the space of one. Needs to be reengineered to match quality tier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Concept of two drawer washer is great but the unit as a whole could benefit from a redesign and improved material quality. Rack and jet configuration are only efficient at 3/4 capacity. Ultra dry setting leaves water behind, and the db level during operation could definitely be reduced. All and all at the price point that Cafe appliances sell, the material quality and engineering need to be improved.

I have the same problem several people online and at least one reviewer here has: run a cycle- seems normal, hear the tub lid lock down. Then tub unlocks, without running. Both tubs. Ran Fault Code Display Mode- no codes returned. Ran through each diagnostic. Nothing. Cleaned the whole machine and checked alignment...nothing. hard reset at the breaker didn't work. Not sure what my next steps are or what to do next.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE

This is quite frankly the worst dishwasher I have ever purchased. It doesn’t clean. We’ve tried washing it on every single cycle and my pre washed plates are coming out greasy and gross. The detergent isn’t fully used during a cycle. Also, the parts fall out easily and it makes the whole experience terrible. Do not buy this dishwasher. I’ve never been this disappointed in a product…ever.

New Cafe DW

Once you figure out how to run the cycles, it is simple. Cycles are quiet. Only concern I have is the inside of the drawer is not completely dry at the end of the cycle.

Do not buy this crap haven’t had it a year barely cleans anything and now both drawers will lock then unlock after 10 second like the cycle is done this is literally the worst dishwasher on the market
