[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Concept of two drawer washer is great but the unit as a whole could benefit from a redesign and improved material quality. Rack and jet configuration are only efficient at 3/4 capacity. Ultra dry setting leaves water behind, and the db level during operation could definitely be reduced. All and all at the price point that Cafe appliances sell, the material quality and engineering need to be improved.

I have the same problem several people online and at least one reviewer here has: run a cycle- seems normal, hear the tub lid lock down. Then tub unlocks, without running. Both tubs. Ran Fault Code Display Mode- no codes returned. Ran through each diagnostic. Nothing. Cleaned the whole machine and checked alignment...nothing. hard reset at the breaker didn't work. Not sure what my next steps are or what to do next.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE

This is quite frankly the worst dishwasher I have ever purchased. It doesn’t clean. We’ve tried washing it on every single cycle and my pre washed plates are coming out greasy and gross. The detergent isn’t fully used during a cycle. Also, the parts fall out easily and it makes the whole experience terrible. Do not buy this dishwasher. I’ve never been this disappointed in a product…ever.

New Cafe DW

Once you figure out how to run the cycles, it is simple. Cycles are quiet. Only concern I have is the inside of the drawer is not completely dry at the end of the cycle.

Do not buy this crap haven’t had it a year barely cleans anything and now both drawers will lock then unlock after 10 second like the cycle is done this is literally the worst dishwasher on the market

Sleek and Quiet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do really like my Cafe Double-Drawer Dishwasher. It is extremely quiet and easy to load. It does a very nice job cleaning and, for the most part, drying. I do find that the bottom drawer does not seem to dry as well. There are a few features that, in my opinion, could be modified but maybe I am missing something in the features. Because it is SO quiet, it would be helpful to have some kind of indicator that it is running and when it is done. ...

Perfect size

Drawer Style is Great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Clean, quiet, saves the back from bending over so much. Only complaint is it doesn't seem to clean/dry all the way unless its half full. We have to run on plus setting with ultra dry to get close. Still would recommend. Not sure why the drawer style isn't the default. Much easier to use and safer when loading as you don't have a bunch of knives pointed up.

Pleasantly surprised!

It's capacity is was bigger than I imagined and deep enough for my large plates. It's surprised my by how well it washes..my daughter in law put in quite dirty dishes the other night and I was amazed they came out clean! Disappointed purchase

The wire rack sits to close to the spinner that dishes can catch on The spinner or there should be more wires on the rack to keep the dishes off the spinner. Spinner doesn’t stay latched on after 1 year old. SmartHQ connection is a joke too.

Resource Saver

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For me, it can take two or three days to fill up a traditional dishwasher, and during this time food oder builds and any debris hardens. With the smaller drawer capacity, I can run a a full dishwasher nightly and not feel like I am wasting resources!

No good features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Horrible. The dishwasher has not worked properly since it was installed. GE service techs have been to my house multiple times and replaced every electronic component and it still does not work correctly. Poor equally.

Overall good dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I’m pleased with this double drawer dishwasher. My only complaints are sometimes it doesn’t drain completely so it has water puddling in the bottom of the drawer. It’s pretty quiet. It’s perfect for our basement kitchen where we didn’t need a full sized dishwasher to wash some cups and bowls from teenagers.
