What Customers Are Saying
The reviews present mixed opinions about the hardwood flooring product. While some customers were satisfied with the overall look and quality, the majority reported significant issues such as inconsistent board widths, warped pieces, and other manufacturing defects. This led to installation challenges and disappointment with the final product. Some noted the flooring was a good value, but the general consensus is that the quality control and manufacturing process need improvement, and customers should expect a higher than normal amount of waste.

Beautiful hardwood floor, it has a timeless beauty. The boards are just uneven but overall great floor, it has matted finish.

Never buying this trash again.
Would Not RecommendThis flooring was absolute garbage. Sides of it were nicked, flat boards had holes in it, and some of the locking pieces were edged so bad they wouldn’t connect to the other boards. The flooring was so bad that I had to pay my contractor to come back the following day to finish up because I had to go buy more of this stuff because he was picking through usable pieces, and it was already too far along to start over. And here I thought I was buying luxury, high end American made quality when in r...

Looks great but…..
Love the look of the flooring but it seemed like every box I opened had at least 2-3 pieces that were just milled bad. Flooring
Would RecommendI ordered 3 1/4 inch width solid oak Frisco gunstock. I got 2 1/4 inch width and wrong style oak. Very disappointed because I drove from East Stroudsburg to pick up. 1 box was correct the other one not! The rating was for the hardwood, not the Philipsburg store!
