What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this door lever for its heavy-duty, commercial-grade construction and durability in high-traffic environments. Reviewers consistently highlight the sturdy build, secure operation, and long-term reliability, with many noting its resistance to tampering and suitability for offices, shops, and industrial settings. Installation is described as straightforward with clear instructions. The black finish and 2-3/4 backset design are appreciated for both functionality and professional appearance. Most customers emphasize excellent value for the quality delivered. A few report minor issues like missing parts or alignment concerns, though these appear isolated rather than systemic.

Would RecommendThe Brinks Heavy Duty Commercial Lever has an excellent finish. The ergonomics of the handle works perfect for people of all heights. The installation was straight forward with easy to read instructions. This product also included several options for the door jab giving me the durability I needed for strong security.

Never again.
Would Not RecommendInstalled 2 a week ago. 1 is now broken. Poor quality and misalignment. Trim plates don't stay in place. These appear to be a replacement for a much higher quality product that i previously purchased at Lowes.

Quick & Easy Install - Commercial Grade
Would RecommendIt is sturdy and installation is straightforward (there is a Youtube video, much easier than reading the instructions in the package). One thing is that you just have to figure out how to make adjustment for a hollow metal door (ie thicker door).
