Would RecommendWe purchased this generator a few months ago and find it to be reliable, quiet and dependable. It only runs for 5 minutes once a week when it does its weekly checkup. The last one we had ran for 20 minutes every week. It is comforting to have a reliable power backup with all the outages we have experienced over the last few years.

Great Generator
I have had the generator for a few months now and already had the opportunity to experience using it for approximately 1 hour when our power failed during a storm. I did not even know that it was running or that we lost power until my neighbor sent me a text that they were pouring the pad for his generator that I recommended. B&K Services did a great job with the installation.

Great warranty and service package
I shopped around for all the different generators and felt this was my best buy. I am 80 years old and my husband is on oxygen all the time. We needed back up power for him and I needed to be sure there was a good yearly protection plan that would watch my machine so I could feel safe. I am very pleased with the machine and the 10 year warranty. The people have been great from the sales team to the company its self.

Would RecommendStarted by looking at General since they proliferate the market. Then I found out all of the hardware and software problems that they were having. We needed something that was dependable. Then I found out that General used a version of the Briggs and Stratton Vanguard engines which were highly rated. Why weren’t we looking at B & S which is more efficient on NG and quieter? We never looked back.
