Would Not RecommendWhile it washes well, everything other than the silverware on the top shelf comes out soaking wet even with extended dry cycle. The layout is also very awkward, you cannot actually fill the dishwasher all the way with where the spokes are located. Will be returning!

Would Not RecommendBosch does not stand behind its products and its warranties, and customer service are valueless. When I tried to get a written response to my case number concerning an obvious design fault in the handle on the third rack which keeps disengaging, I was told that Bosch only warranties stainless steel dish racks. Would Not RecommendDO NOT GET ANY BOSCH DRYER if you want your dishes to actually dry. I bought this for the sanitize cycle for my new granddaughter and have NEVER been able to put anything in it for her. Bosch customer support said the only way to have them dry is to utilize the cycle where it "opens" to fully dry. Not feasible when you have a dog and GROSS!
