Installation failed

My refrigerator installed yesterday is not working..

These guys were great Edison and Eduardo

Edison and Eduardo were excellent and very kind and professional. They did a great job adjusting the fridge to out liking. These guys work very well together. They are Very polite.

Can't rate the fridge if it hasn't been installed

Delivery driver Melton and his cohort refused to do the service you, Lowe's, paid them to preform and falsifyed customers signature on both visits stating job complete. They cost you the value of one refrigerator and also cost you the lifetime value of this customer.

I wish there were less stars

Had less than 3 months and the ice maker and freezer portion completely quit working. An alarm goes off at 2AM every morning reminding us that the freezer is above temp and continually sounds until it is manually shut off. Thanks to Bosch’s slow as molasses customer service we are going on 3 weeks of this.

Recommend refrigerator not the install by Melton

This is a zero star review. If you see an appliance delivery is being brought to you by "Melton" there will be problems. Issue one: First refrigerator was delivered laying on it's side in the back of his truck invalidating the manufacturer warranty. Other appliances on the truck were not strapped down and we were the fifth delivery on that mornings route. Issue two: Incompetent taking measurements or he just simply can't read. Opening in door frame is thirty and one half inches. Melton falsely...

Bad Filter from the factory.

Horrible hose taste which turned out to be a bad filter after I put on another hookup hose. replaced filter and taste is gone. disappointing!

Have had no major problems with this refrigerator. There have been a few glitches in the control panel that were corrected when I reset the refrigerator by unplugging it and plugging it back in. The design is very ergonomic and spacious. Has some excellent features.

Codes confusing and does not alert app

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve gotten several codes on my refrigerator that does not pop up on my app so I don’t know what they were and the door did not shut all the way one time, but it closed enough that the light went off so the alarm did not alert me, and some of my food spoiled.

Would give zero stars if possible

Purchased fridge online 2 days ago and delivery was slated for today. When I checked order status today, I noticed that the fridge was a much lower price than when originally purchased and haul away/accessories were now free (~$600 in savings). I spoke to Lowes customer service asking for a price adjust/lowes credit card credit and the representative forced me to cancel my order and reorder (luckily delivery is tomorrow). This was due to a rebate that was on the first purchase but ridiculous th...

Excellent fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with the purchase. It’s quiet and sleek. The ice maker is extremely convenient. I’m enjoying the bottle fill function, I did not have on my old one.

Less than 10 months 4 service repairs

By far the worst appliance ever purchased, certified technicians now completed trip #4 and need to get backs to come back a 5th time…. Inverter, 2 icemakers, freezer doesn’t freeze, 2 control boards… freezer alarm goes off all hours of the night…. But you can’t dissable the chirp….Waiting for Bosch to answer emails about lemon status…..

A Very Fine Appliance

the space is wonderful and the lighting makes it all very usable. I would highly recommend!!
