Service sucks

Bought from Lowe’s and installer said it would take 24-48 hours to make ice cubes which is conveniently past Lowe’s return policy. After over a week still no ice and freezer is at 32 degrees so I can’t use it either. Called Bosch and they opened a device ticket and local repair service came and said it’s a bad compressor. Called today and it’s on back order with no known arrival date. I would never buy a Bosch appliance and never from Lowe’s

Lowe’s does not care about customers

The customer service at Lowe’s is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Whether it be in store, by chat, by phone with Lowe’s, and especially by phone with the contracted delivery company, they are unable to do what they say they will. I still have an outstanding request with Lowe’s and have spent over ten hours on the phone and/or hold trying to get my needs met and no one has gotten back to me. This refrigerator/freezer did not work from the moment we turned it on. The freezer never got below 20 degrees and it was set for zero. The refrigerator temperature varies between 40 degrees and 34 degrees and its set for 32. Getting a replacement has been a nightmare. Bosch did not respond with urgency and I have been without a working refrigerator/freezer for over 3 weeks. I had to go buy a stand alone freezer to keep from losing all my food. Be very cautious when buying this product.

BOSCH 100-SERIES REFRIGERATOR

Amazing Bosch refrigerator

This refrigerator exceeds our needs for our retirement co-op. In fact, we received the Bosch refrigerator today for our 47th anniversary. You can’t beat that! Thank you for having the only product that met the dimensions for our kitchen.

Great Fridge... Loud Hum is Annoying
