What Customers Are Saying
The product is a useful tool for installing various types of flooring, particularly for the last rows where it can be difficult to tap the planks into place. Many customers found it to be a time-saver. However, some issues were noted, such as the tool being prone to bending or deforming after repeated use, especially with harder flooring materials. The metal construction was also not considered durable enough by some customers. For larger or more demanding flooring jobs, a sturdier and longer-lasting tool may be preferable.

Would RecommendThis is pretty light weight, better if it was a thicker metal
Works, but it will bend
Would Not RecommendIt works well for how cheap it is, but it bends pretty easily.
Have not used it yet
On clearance
Works as should. Use a rag to protect flooring
Would RecommendUse a cloth underneath. The hitting end starts bending pretty easily. I had to hit pretty hard. Used it as a pry tool as well to force pop the flooring in place.
Be Careful!
Went thru three of them in two days. The metal kept on bending. The small side did not keep its shape. Using the required PERGO floor hammer and tool , when in tight places, to hammer the flooring into its connected place the metal kept flexing until you legitimately could see the bend. The tool worked for a bit but showed much wear after a short period of use. There are not many brands out there. If the steel was a little stronger this would be a 5 star review.
Come to Lowe’s !
Would RecommendAmazing
Works as it should to tighten flooring tiles
Works great in tight places
Not worth the time and effort
Would Not RecommendVery thin metal. Will bend when hitting. When you emcounter one plank not sitting right you will need to hit it hard. This tool will not stand up to the hard blows!!
Great tool
Would Not RecommendEase of use and very important in laying laminate flooring
