Would RecommendSet up is simple and quick. Unlike my other cameras you don't need a subscription to have live video or to watch clips from motion activation (about 10 seconds each). But you can buy cloud storage to store video long term if you choose. With 1080P the picture quality is excellent with normal room light or low level night vision. I'm going to get a couple more for other parts of my house and I would recommend these for anyone looking for budget friendly security options.
