Product is great but the service provided by Lowes was terrible. First they tried to deliver the wrong griddle and I refused it. The wait for the correct model was another 2 weeks unless I picked up and built myself so I did. While in the store I as asked for some time of discount and they gave me $30 off. Now the drive was almost an hour one way and the build was at least 2 hours along with the griddle weighing close to 200 pounds. $30?????
