Build a little rough
It seems super sturdy. Instructions are very detailed and easy to follow. Only 2 issues were attaching main unit to legs as it was a little rough getting the holes to line up. The other issue was the paper towel rack is missing. For cooking.... the griddle is great like my 36" griddle. The pellet grill is pretty good and holds temp okay but I haven't tried it at super cold temps yet. The temp probes seem decent but do have a bit of flux for like 4 to 7 degrees. Don't Buy this Grill
Would Not RecommendMy husband purchased this grill when it first came out. We thought.. great idea, two grills in one. But we have had several issues with his grill. Won't light. Temperature goes up and down. We were on with Customer Service with Blackstone 3 months after we purchased this grill. This is NOT Lowe's fault. Blackstone should have stuck with making griddles.
