Beautiful shower doors

We replaced our shower door with this new shower door. It looks so much better!. These doors should be easier to keep clean as there are less areas for mold and mildew to collect than the older doors.

Delivery incomplete

It took about 3 weeks to arrive and arrive with only 1 door the introductions are terrible confusing and fake inks, this not acceptable I still waiting for the additional door and I never have any text nothing, not even went I picked up nobody told me that it was a door missing

I need help

How do I purchase new rails for the glass shower door? I’m stuck with expensive doors and the rails failed and leaking.

Very low clearance

The advertised height is 70" but the actual height of the header is 66" from the threshold to the bottom of the header. Seems very low for a walk in shower.

shower door entry wrong

Product as received was for left side shower head. Web site says that product is left or right side entry. During ordering process, there was no mention of right OR left side shower head. Called manufacturer. They said I needed to call Lowes. Called Lowes and got nowhere. Was told to talk to someone at local store. Called local store and got transferred to someone that disconnected me. I like the shower door but access is cumbersome since entry is on left and shower head is on right. Web site ne...

Basco is dimensional friendly

The Basco unit was very forgiving giving a lot of room in the dimensions. I was able to install the unit on an old steel bathtub which wasn't exactly level. I had no leaks and I'm very satisfied with the final installation. I used aluminum flat pieces on the bottom to help level the bottom piece. The bottom piece isn't a support piece anyways. I removed my walls so that new 2x4's could be screwed into so that the vertical pieces would be solid and square vertical level which is critical. I...

make sure you check for all parts before install

the first one we received was missing the knob handle and one of the pieces of glass was rough and dangerous

Check the parts list.

The shower installed as expected until I tried to install the doors. I was provided two outer glass panels. I had to call the manufacturer and order the inner door. I was told it would take 12 days, so I am still waiting.

The perfect door

We remodeled our shower & my husband selected this door without me being present. I was amazed at how good it looked when it arrived and was installed. I love the deep bronze color and the small rollers at the top are the perfect size without looking too big. It has the perfect aesthetic for our bathroom and we love that it has a towel bar like our older door. Space is essential and I wasn't willing to give up a towel bar.

Gorgeous until it comes off track

The shower door came off the track when my elderly mother used the shower, creating a hazardous situation. Thank God I was home & heard her scream.

Wonderful customer service

Our shower door was 14-months old when one of the panels exploded on contact (apparently an extremely rare occurrence for tempered glass). Their customer service representative worked tirelessly to provide us with a replacement panel.

MISSING PARTS - UGH

the towell bar is missing from my door. the instructions say "available" meaning I have to purchase separately...seriously?
