Would Not RecommendIt took about 3 weeks to arrive and arrive with only 1 door the introductions are terrible confusing and fake inks, this not acceptable I still waiting for the additional door and I never have any text nothing, not even went I picked up nobody told me that it was a door missing

Would Not RecommendThe advertised height is 70" but the actual height of the header is 66" from the threshold to the bottom of the header. Seems very low for a walk in shower.

shower door entry wrong
Would Not RecommendProduct as received was for left side shower head. Web site says that product is left or right side entry. During ordering process, there was no mention of right OR left side shower head. Called manufacturer. They said I needed to call Lowes. Called Lowes and got nowhere. Was told to talk to someone at local store. Called local store and got transferred to someone that disconnected me. Basco is dimensional friendly
Would RecommendThe Basco unit was very forgiving giving a lot of room in the dimensions. I was able to install the unit on an old steel bathtub which wasn't exactly level. I had no leaks and I'm very satisfied with the final installation. I used aluminum flat pieces on the bottom to help level the bottom piece. The bottom piece isn't a support piece anyways. I removed my walls so that new 2x4's could be screwed into so that the vertical pieces would be solid and square vertical level which is critical. I...

The shower installed as expected until I tried to install the doors. I was provided two outer glass panels. I had to call the manufacturer and order the inner door. I was told it would take 12 days, so I am still waiting.

The perfect door
Would RecommendWe remodeled our shower & my husband selected this door without me being present. I was amazed at how good it looked when it arrived and was installed. I love the deep bronze color and the small rollers at the top are the perfect size without looking too big. It has the perfect aesthetic for our bathroom and we love that it has a towel bar like our older door. Space is essential and I wasn't willing to give up a towel bar.
