Excellent from all aspects. I did a one person assembly on concrete patio of the house which required some engineering up right supports. Great support replacing 2 missing brackets. Discover video after finish. The Power panel is great. Added soft ornate string lights, wi-fi socket and bug light. Super!

Great investment

This has been a five star exp from the start. Great communication with the shipper. The detailed instructions were easy to follow. All the parts were there and every aligned perfectly making assembly easy. It did take us a couple of days but the end results exceed our expectations.

Backyard Discovery Grill Gazebo

This thing is solid! I am so happy with this unit! It was a bit of a struggle to assemble, but well worth the time and cost. I honestly wish I had purchased this manufacturers bigger gazebo instead of purchasing the one I did.

Two years later, time to write a review

I bought the Saxony XL grill gazebo two years ago and assembled it by myself. If you are assembling it by yourself, I recommend assembling the roof on the top, unlike I did… This has withstood two winters in New England, with a lot of snow last winter. I've had an excellent experience with the Backyard Discovery Saxony Grill Gazebo. The cedar construction is sturdy, attractive, and looks great on my patio. It provides plenty of shade while grilling and does a great job keeping the rain off, so I can cook comfortably in almost any weather. Perfect Pool Side Gazebo

Great gazebo and the perfect size for our space. Straight forward instructions allowed my wife and I to assemble this in a day. Quality materials and I hope it lasts a long time.

Shade, comfort and style

We purchased about a month ago and are so happy that we did! We put this on a lake lot that we own and other owners are now looking to also purchase one for theirs!

Perfect for outdoor gatherings

Love the Gazebo. Went to gather fairly simple but make sure you have at least 2 people setting up studs. Making small changes as we wanted it closed in from mosquitos and snow so we can still grille in winter.

Easier to put together than thought

Easier than I thought! Unfortunately, The cement patio wasnt big enough to accomadate the Pergola however, I had a professional make adjustments with the supplied materials. Took about 6 hours to complete and looks fantastic! On The day of installation, The temperature was 96° with the ," feels like" temperature around 104° with the humidity. But under the roof of the Pergalo, The temperature was 90° F AND the feels like temperature was 92° F. Needless to say, I'm very satisfied with the Pergalo...

Assembly tough but end product is worth it

Just finished assembling this and we love it. I will be honest, the assembly is tough and there are a lot of pieces. It took a couple of days to stain/waterproof the wood - make sure to look inside the main posts as there are quite a few smaller pieces tucked in there. Once you are ready to assemble, ask some friends over. We tried this with just the two of us and it is NOT recommended. We are using this as a carport and it is so much sturdier and attractive than the metals ones we purchased in ...

Wish I had bought this years ago!

This has completely transformed our backyard. We used to only be able to take our toddler out in the early morning or late evenings, but this gives us shade and makes our yard usable the way we always wanted it to be. My only regret is not having bought this sooner
