Good unit when everything is working
Would RecommendI purchased Avalon A5 Bottle less water dispenser in December 2025. It was working very good until 9/15/2026. Then the unit will not dispense hot water after that. Cold water comes out from when hot water switch is pressed. Cold water and very cold water are working properly. I do not use hot water every day, uses 3 to 4 times a week.

I like the unit. I like the size and the features. Being bottleless is perfect! The only issue I have is the connecting tee. Mine is defective. I have requested a new one because the one I got with the unit leaks. Also, I notice a reduction in the water flow to the faucet that is not desirable. I recommend selecting a different fitting in the future.

Esay install and works great
Bought it last week and so far so good. Set up/installation was incredibly easy. It look about 15 minutes. Very happy with this purchase so far.
