Poor Quality

The veneers on both the vanity and the linen cabinet are broken, unfinished, and rough edged. Since it’s both the vanity and linen cabinet, I suggest you look at other brands.

Horrible delivery. Dump on sidewalk in front of my house on a Friday afternoon 3 days before expected delivery date. I had to have 3 neighborhood BOYS bring in my house since me being a 72 year old lady, could notn. My installer not available until Monday, so I haven't inspected the vanity yet but the marble top looks ok. Lowe's should advise customers of the rotten delivery nightmare to expect!!!

Quality Vanity

The oak vanity is beautiful. It is high quality for the price - solid wood and dovetailed drawers that all slide easily. Shipping took longer than the expected delivery date which was frustrating. I do wish that I would have ordered either the marble or plain white quartz countertop. The Carrara quartz is very yellow compared to our actual Carrara marble floors. I have Carrara quartz in another bathroom that was ordered from a stone company. It is definitely white compared to this countertop.

Can’t get the vanity delivered

I would review the vanity if it had been delivered. Don’t order anything large from Lowe’s online. They don’t deliver the item, they order from a vendor, the vendor contracts to a delivery service, and in my case it apparently was the “lowest bidder”! One failed attempt to deliver, one scheduled delivery that didn’t occur, and Lowe’s customer service can’t help me after two lengthy calls. They need to give customers the option to pick up from a store after the item has arrived.

Huge upgrade contractor approved but very heavy

We are so glad we purchased this 54 inch vanity. It is incredibly solid and sits at a perfect modern height compared to our old master bath vanity. Even our contractor went out of his way to comment on how high the quality is. We swapped the hardware out for gold handles and it looks beautiful. Just be aware that it arrives curbside on a pallet from a freight truck and they do not bring it inside. It is incredibly heavy and took three strong people to haul up two flights of stairs. Disappointed that the under mount brackets for the sink were missed so I have been waiting 3 weeks to have a bathroom sink because brackets are delayed! 😫😵‍💫

Beautiful, looks well made shipper was great

Haven't installed it yet so, may edit later. This was one of the best deliveries ever. He put this thing just where we wanted it, helped unpack and inspect it and everything looks beautiful. Will update when installed.

Broken

For such a solid wood cabinet drawer broken and top broken

no backsplash

there was no backsplash .now I have to buy one.

What are Ariel and Lowe's doing about all these many complaints besides "sorry". Why products keep being delivered damaged. I am planning to buy a vanity from Lowe's and now I am having second thoughts.

Absolutely beautiful.

Very well built. Sturdy and elegant. vanity top is very heavy. Backsplasj matched perfectly. Back of vanity is open for plumbing access. Under counter sinks were easy to install.

Beware of Color

Haven't installed this vanity yet, but buyers should know that the "grey" color is very much a blue grey. In some lights it looks more blue than grey, so if you are looking for a true grey do not purchase this color. The color in the picture is deceiving.
