Would Not RecommendDefinitely would not recommend this hot water heater. It keeps tripping the breaker and providing no hot water. I tried calling the company Customer Support after going through many prompts and waiting on hold I reached someone who took basic information and then connected me to a second and no one answered. Great boat anchor.

Would RecommendThis is a nice water heater fit was great for the area it had to be installed in, I would recommend to anyone needing this size. The only reason for 4 stars is I still don't like the self check out only at all the Lowes main check out area. should have a reg check out line next to the self check.

My wife loves the gray color. I love that the popoff valve and the ripples for waterlines come preinstalled. I did bump the heat up on both heating elements slightly because Dishwashers work better with warmer water.

Short life span
Would Not RecommendThis is an exact replacement for a previous that lasted 11 years. I was hoping for longer. It would be nice if it were possible to buy longer lived products. The cost of installation is often more than the device. Not only the cost of installation, but the cost of repairing any water damage that may have occurred. Proactive early replacement seems to be the business model of this manufacturer... ie. A recurring revenue stream.
