Been using this very elegant looking door for about a month. It's looks good, the door slides easily, and works well.

Poor packaging

I bought the shower doors about three months ago and they packaged the glass in a cheap plastic that etched to the glass and won’t come off. I’ve been fighting with them to replace the glass but they won’t.

I like the sleek design of the brushed nickel shower doors. The brushed nickel matches the rest of our accents in our freshly remodeled master bathroom.

Beyond difficult to install

I am an avid DIYer. This is the 5th set of bypass semi-frameless bypass shower doors I've installed, and by far the most difficult. In previous installs I've gone for Kohler doors, which come with good directions and quality materials. The ANZZI directions are unclear and poorly labeled. The materials run the gamut of just *ok* to downright cheap -- the plastic bypass guide looks destined to fail. The flange used to secure the fixed panel is poorly designed. Illegal Door

Failed inspection because the door is NOT engraved with the words "Tempered", this door should never have been sold in Arizona! Anzzi has given inferior support, they are going to send me stickers and a certification letter!! What a joke! I told them that would not be legal. Lowes customer service is willing to pickup the shower door but NOT reimburse me for the installation. Horrible!! Looks like I need to hire lawyers!!

Spontaneous explosion.

Installed these close to 2 years ago, in the middle of the night doing nothing different than normal while my family and I were sleeping the shower door spontaneously shattered. Not only did it create a massive mess but made me scared to use the other peice of glass that is still in tact because I have a toddler who showers with us. What would have happened if it did that while we were in the shower? NOT SAFE!
