I'm delighted with these lights! Had an electrician install them high enough to walk under, and they provide a lovely addition to our dining room, without being a hazard to taller family members. The three lights are a great look. We installed dimmable bulbs, which add extra versatility.

Nobody at Lowes Customer Service was able to assist me with purchasing replacement globes. Extremely disappointing with the lack of knowledge from Lowes phone staff. I had to purchase and entire new lamp to obtain one globe.

Neat light, lots of wire for hanging lights .

Needed a new light for our kitchen, til the light came in for our ceiling fan. To much wire had cut the wires attached to lights in order to be hung from ceiling!

The design makes installation horrible.

I've changed dozens of light fixtures and this was among the most difficult. Bought the single pendant light. The way the canopy attaches to the mounting bar via two long downward facing screws interferes with how the mounting bar itself attaches to the junction box in your ceiling. The downward facing screws are too long. So when the lock washer and spherical nut are added and tightened all the way, the whole thing hangs down and has an ugly gap between the ceiling and canopy. I LIKE THE FIXTURE VERY MUCH, BUT IT WAS DIFFICULT TO PUT TOGHTER AND HANG UP.

Beautiful AS-IS, but...NO REPLACEMENT PARTS

So, contrary to what some of the responses provided to other customers in the Q and A section....these Glass Shades CANNOT BE REPLACED. After reading conflicting responses about either 1) going to the Lowes Customer Service Desk to place a manual order for Part# GSB10005, or 2) calling Kichler Products at 1-800-554-6504 M-F 8a-5p EST....I actually drove to my local Lowes where I purchased this and tried #1 above. Quick install and had everything included but bulbs

Minor difference

I purchased 3 of these. One box was different, but all lights looked the same. Contractor began installing and realized the light in the different box had different fasteners for the plate. He put the different one in the middle and I am OK with it. But, someone else might not be and if a change is made in the product, old and new shouldn't be shipped together. Still extremely pleased, but double check before installing.
