We've had ours for years and years with zero complaints. I mean seriously, it might be ten years at this point. The float which some have mentioned, seems fine for us - maybe it got stuck once or twice. Yes, the digital screen might seem wonky to some, but that is usually because we leave the filter in too long. Just pull the plug for a bit and plug it back in. Works great, humidity setting is accrate

It broke

After only 3 months one of the wheels holders broke and caused the unit to start leaking. Up until that point I really liked it, as it worked well and was easy to maintain. However, it shouldn't break at 3 months old. And no, we didn't do anything to cause that. Just noticed water in the floor and started looking for the source. To make matters even worse, when we tried to return it to Lowes to get a new unit, they said we were outside the 90 day return window - by three days!

Very nice, very efficient and quiet

There’s not many humidifiers with more than a 1 gallon tank. This quietly puts out 3+ gallons a day and maintains my set level perfectly in a 300 sf space. I measure the humidity on the other side of the room which perfectly matches the units setting. It’s very easy to fill and maintain.

Flimsy plastic, weird design, but functional

Looks and feels a lot cheaper than it actually costs. Bizarrely requires some assembly internally despite this not making the packaging any smaller. Weird little fill chute in the front is a pain to use, had to take the head off a watering can. Does work, though.

Adequate for large sqfootage

I enjoy the amount of moisture this put in the air to raise the percentages so quickly. I. Have to attend to adding pails of water to it daily. That is a lot of work vs. one on furnace.

This humidifier came to me at the right time when winter was at its coldest and driest making my house much more comfortable by adding a good amount of moisture into the air!

Works very well

Moved from high humidity in Florida to Tennessee. The new house had pronounced high static electricity. I got shocked by touching door knobs. After using this humidifier and getting a monitoring device we were able to bring the humidity into normal levels…and no more shocks.

Puts water into my house's air, but not real quiet

The product works as expected. I set the fan level to level 4, because anything higher than that makes the unit noisy. At that level, three gallons of water is evaporated into the air in about 18 hours. Regarding the noise, I purchased one of these units about 8 years ago (and it is still going strong), but what I did notice with this newer model is that it is quieter than the older model. The manufacturer must have read the reviews and re-designed the blower to be quieter.

I've been using it for a week and I love it! Just what I was looking for.

1 unit had buzzing noise on most speeds.

The product works as intended. But the first unit I bought had a very annoying buzzing sound on speeds 2 - 8. At speed 1 and 9 there was no buzzing noise. Bought a 2nd unit and it had no buzzing noise at any speed. Will be exchanging the 1 unit to get a second unit for the 2 floor. This unit does well to increase the humidity on a 1800 sq ft ranch style house. Kept in constant at 45 to 50 percent.
