What Customers Are Saying

Customers praise the polymeric sand's effectiveness at locking pavers, reducing dust, and creating durable joints when received in dry condition. Most report it hardens as advertised with proper water activation, resists erosion and weeds, and applies easily. However, many received clumped or pre-activated bags due to outdoor storage exposure, causing hardening failures unrelated to user error. Several reviewers note needing to sift through multiple bags to find usable product. A few mention application challenges like tight joints or needing a drying window before rain. Overall, customers recommend it when sourced in proper condition.

Would be 5 stars - but Lowe's negligence ruined it

 Would Recommend

We love this product and it's definitely not fault of the product, it's the negligence of Lowe's for putting it outside uncovered. Opened up the bag and it eas very damp and had clumps up to 6 inches. Called the manufacturer and sure enough, compromised the product. Damp=defeats the purpose!
