What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise the water heater for straightforward installation, even for non-plumbers, citing clear instructions and compatibility with common connectors. Many highlight fast hot water recovery, strong water pressure, and compact design fitting tight spaces. Reviewers appreciate the modern appearance and build quality, with several noting the brand's reputation for durability. However, some report rust developing on new units within weeks and frustration with warranty claims, costly diagnostics, and difficulty obtaining parts. Despite these concerns, most customers find the reliable performance and ease of setup worthwhile.
