Had a little over a year, and the sprayer buttons quit working. Of course, the receipt is long gone. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Excellent and attractive kitchen faucet

I don't understand the bad reviews. I've had two of these now in two different houses. The most recent I've had for 3 years with absolutely no problems. Very attractive and great flow and spray is contained. Love the pause button on the sprayer as well.

Junk, but hey, they keep replacing the parts free.

This thing is garbage. Looks fine, but fails yearly or twice a year. We gave up on using the electronic on/off within the first year. We had them replace that part twice. We just have been using it without the electronic part since. The spray head dies yearly, sometimes more. It stops switching between the two spray modes. To their credit, they just keep replacing the part for free. I can almost set my calendar for the next failure though.

Constantly breaking

We've had this faucet since 2018 and I regret purchasing it. It looks great and when it works, it works well. However, we've needed THREE repairs to it since our initial purchase. I do not recommend this faucet to anyone.

Avoid this one

I think we've had this about a year and a half. First it started leaking at the handle. Now the buttons are stuck and virtually no water comes out. How is it that I grew up with the same faucet in my original home for twenty years and this one can't make it two years? We had no plumber come and service that ugly kitchen faucet, but it didn't leak and my dad never had to mess with it. This faucet is probably typical of the throwaway stuff they make these days. Maybe we were lucky to get a year...

Complete garbage

Be prepared for the aerator to last under 1 years, and then replace again soon after.

Garbage product, wish I could give a 0 star.

We changed our faucet in 2022 Summer, it’s been a year and paint coating came off. Now we have to change our faucet again. NEVER USING PFISTER AGAIN!!!!!!

Raya faucet

Bought during covid, great looking faucet, works nicely. Needed a new sprayer and hose, both delivered promptly and free of charge thanks to the lifetime warranty. Would buy another Pfister product without hesitation.

Quality faucet

Metal brushed nickel body, does not leave fingerprints. Touchless sensor for easy operations. Classic style that fits a modern kitchen.

Bad design

Don’t buy this faucet. And save your sanity. Two design flaws: 1. has a notch that needs to fit in faucet dock. This never happens on its own, you will have to guide it EVERY time, 2. The weight is not affixed to the hose, so even though the weight is quite heavy, there is not enough weight to pull the faucet hose back up or seat in the above mentioned notch. ARGH!!!

Do not buy

The faucet buttons constantly get stuck. We can get them unstuck but then it keeps happening. It has been such a hassle especially since we use the sink all the time!

Sleek high end design and good quality product for the price

Sensor does not function properly and is common.

The sensor stopped working 5 minutes after plumber let. I called Pfister and they are sending a new control box--who knows how I will install it. Otherwise faucet works like a faucet. Just didn't get what I paid for.

Issues

We had this installed several years ago. We loved the look and it performed will. The buttons get stuck and need to be pulled out with your finger nails. Then one day the lever wouldn't move to turn the water on. After a bit, I took off the handle with an allen wrench and noticed that the dome like part that the handle goes into hadn't moved so the handle was stuck. I adjusted it so the handle could move and tightened again with the allen wrench. I have had to do this pretty regularly.I think ...

No hot water, button sticks, "lifetime" warranty l

Pfister LIES. Their "lifetime" warranty is for ONE year. One year!! Calling that a lifetime warranty should be illegal. The buttons stick, and we no longer get hot water coming from it (dishwasher and other faucets are fine). I guess Pfister thinks you should replace their faucets every year, and pay them for the privilege. I will never buy anything Pfister again, period, it's a fist up your you know what.

Lasts about 2 years.

Has had problems with the buttons a few times. This time is is completely broken. Not a good product.

i purchased this faucet 6-7 years ago and had a problem they covered it under warranty and had another problem faucet qont turn on unless you play qith handle for awhile and when researching it i found they had this problem for years and still haven't fixed it just cover it under warranty and I'll be without a faucet for 5-7 days while the send the part. are you kinding me. i throw it out and went to a different brand. research your faucet reviews before purchasing i know you can only take a fac...

Raya Black single handle kitchen faucet

This is a great Fossett. Great size. It is the perfect black, it was not to Matt and it works with all of the other black Decour we have.
