What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this power station for reliability and capacity, with most noting it runs refrigerators for 10+ hours and powers CPAP machines for several nights on a single charge. Reviewers highlight quick recharge times under two hours, solid build quality, and thoughtful design with included solar panel and cables. Many describe it as essential backup during outages, with some purchasing additional units. The included solar panel charges slowly for off-grid use, though customers recommend adding a second panel for faster charging. Despite minor concerns about accessories and weight, most consider it an indispensable emergency power solution.

So Far, Everything Checks Out Good
The item was as described, received on time & everything was included…I just opened the box to check that everything was there & I fully charged the battery…I have not tried the solar panels—they look sturdy and well made…So far very happy with the transaction which includes the price, quality, delivery & overall service of my purchase.

Great Experience
Would RecommendWent to 5 stores to find this item, no one had it or could order it. Everyone at Lowes was knowledgeable, helpful and super pleasant to deal with. ALI in tools was amazingly helpful, Kathy in customer service was so helpful with ordering. It was a great experience. On the product everything is great except the solar panels. It takes all day to get maybe 1% charged, tales forever!!

As advertised
Would RecommendI haven't had the opportunity to fully test the product, but so far, so good. My only complaint is I'm 87 YO and at 25# the product is very heavy, but I knew this going into it.

Peace of Mind
Would RecommendI actually haven’t used this yet, but it looks nice. (I’m writing this review so they can enter me into a contest.) All I can tell you is that it charges pretty quickly when plugged into a power source, but I’ve yet to use the solar function or run anything off of it. It definitely brings peace of mind in the event that the power goes out, I can still run my wifi or other small appliances.
