So Far, Everything Checks Out Good

The item was as described, received on time & everything was included…I just opened the box to check that everything was there & I fully charged the battery…I have not tried the solar panels—they look sturdy and well made…So far very happy with the transaction which includes the price, quality, delivery & overall service of my purchase.

Many useful ports. Used to charge fans, phone and lights, use DC receptacle to inflate paddleboard and Kayak.

Great Experience

Went to 5 stores to find this item, no one had it or could order it. Everyone at Lowes was knowledgeable, helpful and super pleasant to deal with. ALI in tools was amazingly helpful, Kathy in customer service was so helpful with ordering. It was a great experience. On the product everything is great except the solar panels. It takes all day to get maybe 1% charged, tales forever!!

I haven't had the opportunity to fully test the product, but so far, so good. My only complaint is I'm 87 YO and at 25# the product is very heavy, but I knew this going into it.

Peace of Mind

I actually haven’t used this yet, but it looks nice. (I’m writing this review so they can enter me into a contest.) All I can tell you is that it charges pretty quickly when plugged into a power source, but I’ve yet to use the solar function or run anything off of it. It definitely brings peace of mind in the event that the power goes out, I can still run my wifi or other small appliances.
