Great when it works, battery does not last

Batttery stopped holding a charge after around 14 months, do not recommend unless you want to replace annually.

Plastic breaks easily

During its first ten-minute use, during which it performed very well, the plastic part that holds the debris broke around the gizmo that locks it into the motor. I tried using the dustbuster again, nevertheless, and it still cleans well, but it keeps falling apart.

Handle Placement

Was heavy for me to handle. The placement of the handle would have been more desirable if had been positioned in the center. Power was strong, so for me, it was basically the handle placement.

Not strong

Suction is not strong at all. Has to be used on a hard, flat surface and has to be very close to vacuum up. Awful for carpets and rugs, even at picking up crumbs off of them.

It’s crap

Tried to use it but it wouldn’t even pickup little pieces of paper. The suction is terrible. Don’t waste your money.

minimally functional; never had a good surprise ("wow, I didn't think it would pick that up!"); often had a disappointing surprise ("dang, I was sure it would pick THAT up [but it didn't!]"); poor design RE: emptying chamber [filter should be attached to handle, not to vacuum chamber; find something more powerful and better-designed

Battery bad?

It’s has been very handy and plenty of suction by haven’t had it that long and it won’t recharge. Light blinks red and no charging occurs

Impeller stripped after just three uses.

We always buy Black and Decker and we’re excited to this little vac for our new trailer. With COVID we haven’t travelled much and have used it three times, then the suction quit. I hadn’t even emptied the chamber yet. The impeller has a plastic piece that was stripped smooth so the vac wouldn’t suck up anything. Disappointed.

Very Handy, Efficient For Small Jobs

I bought this to clean up the cat kibble that they push onto the floor and so I wouldn't have to get my big vacuum out. This Dustbuster works perfectly! I mounted it to the wall near the cats' bowls so it is close to grab. It doesn't make too much noise so my cats aren't scared of it. It is easy to empty although small pieces of kibble do get stuck in the inside of the tip of the nozzle and I can't get them out. Handy Dandy Handheld Vacuum

mixed emotions

Cordless Vacuum

So handy

Very useful

I like how it’s battery powered so I can get clean anywhere without having to worry about a cord either. The charger can mount to the wall so it’s out of the way and off the counter too!

not that impressed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to love this and was so excited to try it especially for free, but it definitely lacked! The suction is great for the 45 seconds it stays charged. I don’t know if mine is just defective but I charged it overnight and it still only held charge for less than a minute without losing power. Definitely wouldn’t recommend

small but mighty!

BUST THAT DUST

THE DIRT CUP HAS THE RIGHT VOLUME. THE SUCTION POWER IS GREAT BECAUSE OF THE LITHIUM BATTERY. THE HANGER-CHARGE IS HANDY. THE QUICK ACCESS TO THE FILTER IS NICE. THE FILTER MATERIAL IS GOOD.
