Eh think about it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a work to set up! I was not expecting it to be so much work. It's a cool idea but it's hard if you have a smaller dog. I have a small Maltese so it didn't go very well. Some people say it's a quiet machine but it really isn't very quiet. It's a no for me. This is more for a medium to large dog that is VERY calm.

worth it

Noise Not an Issue but Shampoo Canister Possibly Defective?

However, the product appears to be defective as the shampoo wasn't being drawn down. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only used the Barkbath once but I loved it! I have a Rottweiler and a Hovawart, Hovie's are long haired. Gave them both a bath in about an hour, which included set up and figuring out the best way to handle this with my two, by myself. It was no problem and both coats felt wonderfully clean! That was about a month ago and they both still feel and smell clean!

Works well for large, hairy dogs

While I did have to use treats and a leash this first time to keep them there because of the noise, I was able to bathe them. They were still a little wet when I finished each 1, but I didn't have the hassle of loading them in the car and taking them to a groomer or the mess in my bathroom from trying to wash them at home. We used a kiddy pool in the back yard & this was difficult. The Barkbath worked great & his thick coat dried quickly.

Great for XL dogs who do not climb into tub well.

Wow!!! LOVE IT!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this system so much! It does a pretty good job. The hose is long enough to keep the system out of sight for my three fur babies. It is easy to use and clean. The different nozzle heads are great for the different fur coats each fur baby has. They sit so nicely because they think i am brushing them. HEHE Would recommend this to anyone.

Its handy and some what useful

It is very noisy, heavy, and painful to use. I've tried using it outside but its still inconvenient for me. The only positive trait about the BARKBATH is that it saves water when bathing my dog. Overall, this product deserves another look at the drawing board. 2/5 Stars.

Waste of Time, fortunately it can be returned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my daughter who has a dog. When she opened the bo there was water in the machine like someone else had owned it and returned it. She told me it made a huge mess all over her floor. Since she was unimpressed ,I am returning it!

I bought one for myself and one for my sister.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very pleased with the barkbath. It really does a good job cleaning two very different dogs. It's a little loud, although I put the canister in a different room. One dog is a little shy, but he tolerated a good cleaning. The other dog loved the attention, and didn't mind getting a bath. It literally does keep you from getting water everywhere and it does a great job pulling the dirty water from the doggy fur.

Hate losing money on this return.

It leaks out of the hose quite a lot. I bought the unit because I was tired of my dog making our laundry room floor a mess but I actually had to clean up after the machine because of the leaking. Love how easy it is
