I applied this to ceiling tiles 6 months ago. Can I apply a different primer, such as 123, over this one if I make sure it's cleaned first?


Happy to help! Rust-Oleum CoverStain Primer can definitely be applied over the Rust-Oleum Bulls Eye 1-2-3 Primer as long as it's dry and clean. We do not recommend leaving any primers exposed without a topcoat. Primers are very porous and if not top coated can eventually lead to peeling, chipping, or chalking. - Rust-Oleum Product Support 5
