I have interior baseboard and door trim that was painted 13 yrs ago with a semi-gloss latex paint. Will this product adhere to that surface?


Great question! Zinsser Cover Stain Oil-Based Primer will work great over your latex paint as long as it’s sound. If your surface needs some work, just do a light sanding with 180/220 grit sandpaper and you’ll be all set!
