Can this point be used over non skid that's painted with oil paint then be painted with latex?


Thank you for reaching out. While, yes, this can be applied over an oil-based coating and coated with a latex paint, please note, it cannot be applied to floor surfaces. Foot traffic will cause the primer to crack and peel. -Rust-Oleum Product Support 14
