Priming pine wood and will do 2 coats of this primer and latex topcoat. Do I need to sand after applying the 1st primer coat, before applying the 2nd?


Happy to clear things up, Garrett. It is not required to sand the surface between coats of Rust-Oleum Zinsser Bulls Eye 1-2-3 Water-Based Primer. If the primer is allowed to fully cure for 7 days before recoating we would recommend sanding to ensure the best adhesion. -Rust-Oleum Product Support 14
