Can this be used on the foil wrap around duct work? Then I would like to paint it black matte , is it able to be tinted in the black?


We appreciate your interest! If the surface is flexible, and not vary stiff, then Rust-Oleum Zinsser Bulls Eye 1-2-3 Water-Based Primer can crack and peel on the surface. While this product can be tinted, it can only be tinted to pastel or off-white colors. We also do not recommend this product as a final topcoat since it is a primer. - Rust-Oleum Product Support 3
