Says free spools for life. How do you get the refill spools? Do you have to send empty spools in to get the refills?

Great question. To receive the spools all you have to do is place an order over the phone, our website, or call in and we can ship a pack of 6 spools at a time. Spools are free there is just a shipping charge of $8.93.
