Does it bring the metal "v" inserts to connect the inner two pieces to create the scafold?

It does not come with the "V"s to connect the two extension parts. However, there is a YouTube video on how to connect them without the "V"s using what comes with it. It works pretty good and saves you the money from buying the accessories unless you plan on using the scaffold a lot.

Mine came with just the ladder. It makes one "A" frame stepladder or flattens out to be an extension ladder. If you want to make a scaffold you'll need two ladders, some kind of planks, and something to hold them on the ladder. Although gravity should do the job if you're careful.
