Will this primer cover wallpaper?


I don't think so. We used it over a border and the border wadded up, sorry.

It will. I used it in a bathroom with very old wallpaper and it did a great job.

Thank you for your interest in Valspar. Although never ideal, Valspar Interior Latex Primer can be applied over wallpaper that is sound.
