How does one remove this paint from a wooden surface once it has dried? What chemical is used to strip it without damaging the underlying wood surface

Thank you for your question. If you are looking to paint over this coating, we would recommend to scuff sand the area, prime and then top coat with new product.

Simply match the paint you want and re-paint that area, or sand the area and then stain or paint the wood that was covered.
