Where can i buy a replacement bar and chain? And a new extension piece? We had an "accident" with our pole saw.

You CAN NOT find a replacement chain at Lowes. They don't sell replacement chains that will fit this model.

You'll find the bar and chain at your local Lowe's. The extension will need to be ordered from the manufacturer. If you no longer have your owner's manual, they should be able to get you the information you need to contact the manufacturer so you can order the extension.
