I want to paint my parquet floor.There are pieces missing next to walls.Old Concrete floor under the parquet.Can I use this to patch, sand, paint?

The Floor Patch is a surface preparation type product not designed to be part of the wear surface. I would suggest looking at something from the masonry aisle to top off the area then paint.
