Can this be used with Armstrong stick down tiles on new plywood? I am putting down 5 x 5 plywood of some kind in an open foyer for a smooth surface.


TEC SkillSet Multipurpose Primer diluted 1 to 1 with water can be applied to plywood and allowed to dry. Then the stick down tile can be installed.
