I'm so confused on the baseboard and the chair molding that I am supposed to use with these?


You can use the moulding of your choice to better suit your decor. You can use the existing moulding and sit the panel directly on it if the moulding is leveled or simply install the moulding directly on the bottom of the panel. Regarding the chair rail, just install it on the top edge of the panel. You can use square molding for a more modern look.
