Can this be applied to foam board insulation on a wall?


All Design Innovations Planking must be installed over a solid wall or if installing onto studs the studs must be on a minimum of 16” centers. If you span 48” all your planks will be on 48” centers and will not be staggered on the wall and there is no way to secure the shorter nested planks. If the studs are flush with the 1.1/2” thick insulation board you must have a way to secure the planks to the insulation panels with adhesive and nails that will secure the nested planks and all planks that run less than the 48” centers.
