Will these pass home inspection in West Virginia?


The NEC allows you to use GFCI protection on 2 wire ungrounded circuits. Whether this will pass inspection is up to your local jurisdiction. If the house is so old you have ungrounded circuits, you'll also have many other issues that don't meet current NEC requirements, but remember that all codes are local. Consult your AHJ and have that discussion with them.
