Hello, Yes, the panels can be installed on the wall of the shower, however, you will want to install the panel with the seam at the far end. The type of adhesive to use would be dependent on the substrate that is installed. Please contact Crane Composites at 866-222-1025 for further direction. It will be very important to apply silicone caulk around the panel and in the moldings to keep water from absorbing into the panel. The caulk will need to be maintained and replaced should it begin to crack. We do not recommend using bleach or harsh cleaners to clean the panels as they may cause the panel to yellow. Our recommendation is to use a mild cleanser without bleach or mineral spirits to clean the panels.
