If you have electric shears for panels or fiber cement board those will easily cut frp without dust. Reciprocating saw and demolition blade also works
Was this Answer Helpful ?Draw out where you are going to make your cuts, then use a Wagner electric heat gun to heat it up along the lines where you are going to cut, and use a SHARP utility knife. You can cut out shapes and holes this way, not just straight lines. If you have to smooth the cut edges, make sure to wear a dust mask (because breathing in the microscopic particles is really bad), and use a sanding tool or Dremel tool.
