Is this a practical choice for a shower floor? How would I clean these?


Pebbles can be installed on a shower floor. Seal before and after grouting, and reply sealer as it starts to wear and water stops beading on the surface. Use only cleaners suitable for natural stone when cleaning the pebbles to avoid any reactions or etching of the stones.
