Can this be used over duplicolor enamel paint?

That's a great question! Rust-Oleum American Accents 2X Ultra Cover Spray Paint can be used over fully cured enamel paint. We would recommend scuff sanding the enamel finish to create a profile for the new paint to adhere to. — Rust-Oleum Product Support 15
