Can this product be applied over painted surface if the paint is sound?


We can help you! Rust-Oleum Specialty High Heat Spray can be applied to a painted surface as long as it's sanded and cleaned beforehand. Keep in mind that this product needs to be heated to at least 450˚F for 1 hour in order to cure properly.
