Will it stick to fiberglass, and/or epoxy resin surfaces? Looking to undercoat a fiberglass body on a motorcycle trike.

Rust-Oleum Automotive Professional Undercoating is for use on bare or primed metal including under body and wheel wells of cars, trucks, trailers and other recreational vehicles, it cannot be applied to fiberglass.
