Is it just motion activated or can we set it to be controlled by a light switch


Hi Big Mac. Thank you for taking the time to ask this question. The Ring Spotlight Cam Plus Battery cannot be controlled by a physical light switch. It is primarily a motion-activated device. However, you can always manually turn the lights on or off at any time via the Live View feature in the Ring app. We invite you to reach out to our community if any additional information is needed regarding your question.
